2. Use of the Platform

KSHETHRA SHREE provides a platform to connect devotees with temples for booking poojas, ordering prasad, and making donations. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the religious and cultural significance of the temples listed

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to temple availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to each temple's individual policies. KSHETHRA SHREE is not responsible for cancellations made by temples.

4. Temple Registration

Temples registering on KSHETHRA SHREE agree to provide accurate information about their services, timings, and pricing. KSHETHRA SHREE reserves the right to suspend or remove temple accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the KSHETHRA SHREE platform, including logos, text, and design, is the property of KSHETHRA SHREE or its licensors. Temple-provided content (images, descriptions) remains the property of the respective temple. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

KSHETHRA SHREE serves as an intermediary platform between devotees and temples. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by individual temples, delays in prasad delivery, or any disputes between devotees and temples.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
